Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim harbours are now operational

 Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim harbours projects that commenced in mid-2008 that involved building of  umeirah 1, Umm Suqeim 1 and Umm Suqeim 2 harbors & restoration works are now complete.

This newly built boatyard is now fully operational with capability of holding 348 moorings for fishing boats and 119 for yachts and recreational boats. Authorities say that facilities here will meet all requirements of fishermen & residents as well. Retail outlets, cafes, restaurants, majlis, prayer halls and tourist and recreational facilities are also included are to attract tourists too.
